Locomotion NL Pack Ultimatum

Post by scrat »

Oppie and I had a little chat about compensation for our efforts and this is what we've decided: If you don't come up with $50,000 before the first of June 2005, there never will be another update and my cute kittie will be forced to join the convent of the Sisters of Solitude. You don't want that on your conscience, do you?

Leave the money (-- unmarked bills, mind you; and don't for a minute think we won't notice the difference --) in a small black backpack behind the dumpster near my local supermarket.

You drive a tough bargain, but I'll take it. I'd give anything for that maglev! *leaves backpack at supermarket and hopes they don't find out that it's filled with rocks*

Ha! I hope Oppie will do a statue of himself as a town square graphic for the NL Region. Come to think of it, a giant sabertoothed squirrel would also be quite impressive. <makes mental note to add cargo type 'nuts'>.

Yup. Freeware is just that: Freeware. And the thought of sending my cat to a convent for profit is just ludicrous.

If the rebalancing and completion of the freight set continues at this pace, I can safely say that an update will be done this weekend. Thanks for the cash btw. ;-)

Given that CA is ESL, the nuances of the joke might have been lost on him and all he could do from context was to take it seriously. Take it easy, guys.
