soz i deleted it cus i did'nt think it made any sense

there are lots little problems with the game now ive played it,
when i get offered new things to test i can't.
electric trains are never avalible to me :( even though other companys have them

nothing changes with the time span i.e stations are the same as in 1960 as they are when u buld them in 1995

not sure what dates the new tracks come in but ive been to 1999 and nothing changed

this is my file pic again soz : http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v474/Mution/ttd.bmp

Would it be best to uninstall it all and start over?

I think it's best if you read the manual of TTDPatch first, I am certain some of your problems come down to not having read the manual.

Manual can be found here

Try running a search on that site, using words such as: electricified railway, newstations, newtrains.

Right, first of all you have to install TTDPatch, this allows new graphics to work www.ttdpatch.net Then read the entire manual, so you understand whats going on, the patch has many. many features aside from new graphics. Finally, take a look in the graphics forum and pick the sets you want to use (eg for Trains; DBSetXL or USSET or BRSet) If you've read the manual then you should have no problem working out what to do with the grf files ;) Now if you get stuck at any point feel free to ask - i think some of the other forum users were a little harsh on you. But before asking for help check the answer isn't in the manual, and post your problem in TTDPatch Problems. This seems like A LOT of hardwork but the extra features (build on slopes, PBS, Pre-signals etc.) make TTDPatch much more enjoyable than plain TTD

To get the electric caternary (wires over tracks), have a look on that page for the electrified rails graphics, and load them. TTD can't put caternary over tracks if it doesn't have the graphics for it ;).

For what? For the electric caternary graphics? Those can be found on the patch site. If you mean for the BR Set, then providing a link is much more helpfull, or at least pointing them to the search feature.

"try the graphics forums" doesn't help at all.
