Wierd problem when building on slopes

I am not sure if this is a problem with the TTDpatch or something elts. But I am having problems when I build on slopes. The result is what shows in the screenshot that I have posted here.

I have the latest patch installed. The problem happens even when I have all of the GRFs turned off.

Did you install the foundation graphics, trkfound(w).grf?

Its in the newgrf folder but I have it disabled in the newgrfw.cfg since I thought it was just a useless file. I have reactivated it and it works fine.
