wheres the magnetic lev/monorails or electrified rails?

hey guys:) even when it is selected i cannot seem to get the mag lev or monorails or the electrified rail. i downloaded the graphics for it but no luck. now i know someone has mentioned the year 2020 for the mono/mag lev but there is nothing when i go to that year. whats the trick? hehe

well i had a read but it still didnt help at all. if u run the patchstarter, how do you save ur settings? well i tried saving a custom.cfg file and running that but then it asks for the cd of ttdx. whats up with that?
