No Rheingold coaches?

I don't get the Rheingold coches when I build my BR18 trains with long distance passenger coaches in 1928. Is this again a bug?

you must buy main line coaches of course and refit them to Rheingold livery. It doesn't cost anything, only changes coaches (and their capacity).

Yes, this is how all the new special trainsets work - there is a section on this in the readme, just under the tables of the trains

. It also tells you what locomotives the coaches work with (Rhinegold now works with BR01 too for example), and how to get dining/dome cars.
