Tdd Alter on Win Xp?

Hello Everyone.
I´ve put the windows tdd version on my computer, then the tdd patch (great!) but I cant put the tdd alter on it, I want to have the possibilty to buy all types of locos on the different scenarios. That is what I used with my old computer that had the dos version. Can any of you find a way to make this possible (to have all locos in every scenario) with whatever program or buy just finding the way out in the tdd alter to win xp,please?

PS: I can install the program, but I´m unable to find the path for the exe file (in win tdd there is no tycoon file, there is just an american, etc..)
