industry notice, "Only 1 per town"

I am sick and tired of this notice. I have the more build option on. And with posting this somewhere else, I got "Set the build option to 63." I don't know what that means. Does it matter that I am using TTDXC 2.2.4? I have been trying to get this question answered for weeks.

To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
