Unloading Oil?

Hey. I don't get it. How do you go about unloading oil at a station, instead of chemicals? I can't work it out.

There are two buttons on the right in your vehicle route window, one with minus and one with plus
Left click on it and hold it down, now you can move from chemicals to oil !!!
