I'm not very surprised. You have used the "switch climate" cheat and effects like those are to be expected. The cargo from one climate is not available in the other climate.

There are a total of 12 cargo types, but only a subselection of those are availeable in a certain climate. If you use a CHEAT to switch between climates, ok, but because of a different climate a cargo shows up that is not supported in that climate (was in the original one). You get stuff like this. It's not a bug, just a nice 'feature' . You cannot expect us to rewrite that whole section of the code just because of a cheat?

What's the point in making something available even if it's unusable? I don't want such a cheat, i find it unuseful. It's unuseful. To me it's only a bug, a bugged feature you made available.
I don't want you to rewrite the code, i was playing around translating some strings and tested some of the features.
I disagree with you (my personal opinion, I am not an OTTD developer or anything). You are not really supposed to be switching climates, but the devs have given you a method of doing it if you want to. However, you must accept the risk of problems because you really aren't supposed to be doing such an action. The cheat is a cheat for a reason.
A cheat is a cheat when it works the way it is supposed to be working. A cheat is basically a feature A feature you should not use, but it's made available to you anyway.
2 devs: Could you do a climate, that would mix all three, and allow you to choose, which cargo types you want? eg. Gold and Diamond mines in temperate, and Banks would accept: valuables, gold, diamonds. That would be a nice "personalising" feature
