Phantom Depots

I have a Phantom Bus depot that I did not remove, but a building was built in its place. I removed the building but it still acts as if the bus depot was there except the buses cannot enter since its really not there. Any ideas what to do?

Tried to build a bus depot, but it says I can't because I already have one. Plus the bus icon shows along with the other stations: plane, train, & truck.
