Heres another title game from me. It's meant to be a bit fun for the 1.1 release.

While it is not very dense in the number of features that has been cramped in there, it does demonstrate autoreplace.

I had sounds on (OpenSFX) and didn't think it was any bad sound wise. Edit: but now that you say it, I remember that the train crossings have a rather strong high-frequency sound in the original sound set.

hi, nice title screen, the only thing that disturb me is vehicles colors. Every vehicles is red.(planes, trains, trucks) You should use more colors, and it can be the winner screen. :D

Thank you, but actually, that is on purpose :) I really like the unity instead of "all colors everywhere". Sorry :P

Updated again with V's newest addition and Yoshi's and Arie's updates :-)

EDIT: some comments on a few savegames:

Arie: you have in the upper left a section where all three track types run in parallel, each double tracked. IMHO that does not look optimal. Maybe you can divert the rail lines elsewhere and even deliver the stuff to another station?

OTTDMaster: your savegame looks like it needs some serious zooming-in and possibly some further additions? Anything in the pipe there?

EmperorJake: your tropic save also features in the lower area many parallel tracks which also IMHO looks a bit boring. Maybe you can add a bit more life to that map part, too?

deswork: your map features a lot of shore - but maybe a few light houses here and there might come in handy? Or maybe a small island with one might look nice, too?

hey guys. I got a little one thats nice (started out as a accident then built up from there :P ) I do have the problem of having the actual file been to big (it is the largest map) but I think you can get the idea from the screen shots (look in all 3 and you should see all the vehicles that pass through).

I also got a idea for maybe a future one... A whole region/map and the "camera" moves too different parts of the map (a bit like on Locomotion game made by Chris Sawer  :? might of got his sername wrong).

What do you guys and gals think?

Uhhh, about sounds. For me it's completely OK to have a lots things there and I don't plan to turn sounds off, more things = more life, empty screen isn't a choise, it would be a dead Title. But how to know when it's too much? Anyway, here is my try (I'm the first time participator for the Title), so don't kill me from the start, it should be good in some way, in some way bad... BTW, I have started that map at the first of January of 1926 Year, so I've played 100 years and one month with out a day to get this one (in fast forward mode)...

Well, there are two choices - fill it completely or leave it blank and elegant. That's always an option too.

You know when there's too much when boost button stops working :D It happened to me, so I sold about 40 trucks or so...

I have many questions about your title... Why are there those two normal railway stops? Why are there so many dead ends in that town? Why is everything blue? Why is there two-way PBS right before one-way PBS? Why are pre-signals, and that whole hub so chaotic? Why did you chose normal TTD airport instead of new OTTD one?

If you use this title as an usual save, then you see: Why are there those two normal railway stops?
They are used to connect parts of a huge station that is used to take 22 or more coal mines in this area (also I wanted to show a usual station)...
Why are there so many dead ends in that town?
This town were expanding mostly by itself, so you see this result...
Why is everything blue?
It's my favorite colour, also it's not a pain in my eyes (it could be white ot green, but I don't really like this one, as for the multicolor - it isn't my choice)...
Why is there two-way PBS right before one-way PBS? Why are pre-signals, and that whole hub so chaotic?
It's just to show those singals (and moving trains), those trains have stations and orders, sometimes they stuck for moment or two, but then it all goes very well...
Why did you chose normal TTD airport instead of new OTTD one?
There weren't a place to build it there (also it wasn't available at that time)... But I used a heliport depot (as OTTD feature)...

Basically everything does work with certain amount of trains, but in my opinion the title game should have signals used properly as they should be, making some sense ;)

Hmmm, I don't use them at all (except the default ones - the one way), so even if I've read manual for them, all my attemts have failed, so I just made this "random" thing, that can work (partially). Better then nothing at all...

Edit and Update/Bug Fixes
OK, after some hours, I've managed to do some steps in the right direction, so:
But still I couldn't get the multicolor feature, even if I made some attempts to do so.

It not only makes sense but also looks much better now :) ... the multicolor is done by company menu -> set company livery -> There is a colour table for different vehicle types so you can set each vehicle type colour individually
