Here's the base for an OCC Flatbed. These carry logs, cut lumber, steel and containers. Will load it soon.

Very Nice DanMacK,
I had noticed that too, but I thought it might have been intended ;)

Small bug inthe graphics?

the / and \ views are the same (In the Good livery for tank wagon).
Shouldn't the bar be further down on one fo the views otherwise it looks wierd.

You could tell him exactly what is wrong with it instead of just stating "the shading is wrong".

Anyways DanMacK asked me to post what "Class" the wagons he posted in his cargo wagons scheme are, so i will do it below..

The Boxwagon that takes goods is Gb, the tanker next to it is BGo, the goods flatbed is O, and the lowside wagon that takes goods seems to be either Gt or Ha.

Wood/Steel flatbed is the same one as the goods one.

Valuables/gold is Class F Conductor wagon, and will be replaced by a diffrent looking Gb..

Paper wagon is a Gb.

The covered lowside wagon is Gl, the open lowside wagon is either Ha or Gt.

Oil wagon is Bg.

Iron Ore/Coal lowside wagon is Class M.

Food wagon is a GGy.

Livestock wagon is fictional as we haven't found any pictures or info of one that has been used by VR.

Also a annoucement for help, asking for anyone who got access to a book, or someone who knows, or anykind of information about wagons VR(Valtion Rautatiet in Finnish, State Railways in English i think)used in years 1921-1950's to contact me, or tell the information in the thread.

OK... so, I'd suggest the following slots

1. G Class Van - Valuables, goods, gold, paper (Green)\Livestock possibly
2. GG Class Van - Food,Goods (white)
3. O Class Flatbed - Steel, Goods, Wood
4. H Class Open Wagon - Goods, Grain (I say make the Gl a refit of this class)
5. B Class Tank Wagon - Goods (Red Stripe), Oil, Food?
6. M Class Open Wagon - Iron Ore, Coal, Wood?

I'd say make the livestock car a refit of the Gb to free up an ID,plus I believe you can change capacities at refit.

That lets us use 6 ID's for early freight wagons. Average weight seems to be about 15T

you mean 1. is Gb, and you mean 2. is GGy, and you mean 4. is Ha or Gt & Gl.
and you mean 5. is Bg and Bgo, and the stripe on Bgo is orange though..and no food carrying.
6. no wood for M.

I say go with one wagon, one class. It's generic enough for gameplay, and close enough for the rivet counters. Why have a label listing 3 different cars for one ID. Saying it's a "Gl, Gt or Ha" gets confusing, as the G is taken up with thew van, I say use the H class as the goods/grain car.

Well...

I coded this 'M Class Open Wagon - Iron Ore, Coal'

Currently, it's quite cheap about £1,001 (Needs changing?)
Has a weight of 8 tons
Can carry 15 tons of cargo (Coal or Iron Ore, Loads at 5 units per tick)
Has the ID 22 (1C + 6)
I've also done all the aligning to make it look good ;)

[edit] It's shorttened by 2/8 to look better.
And sorry but it's late so I don't feel like attaching a screeny. :P

Anything else need adding?

I think DanMacK is good enough to discover what he did wrong and what I meant. If not, he could always have asked.
