I've got TRS2006, as does marcf and some other users, and it's really fantastic. The amount of custom UK content you can download for it should satisfy anyone. Fortunatly, there is a heap of Aussie (specifically Victorian, NSW and QLD) stuff there too...

Ive got Trainz 2006, ive liked it the first week but then i realised that all the trains object etc ive gathered in tha past few years only work properly on Trainz 2004.

Well ive got a dutch translated version of 2006 and its a load of rubbisch so thats why ive abandoned it and moved back to 2004, the content manager system was completely screwed up. There was no way to find objects either by company etc etc.

I agree on the custom content in 2006, its really great i especially love the class 37, it has a really nice sound.

Umm, yeah. You're right.
I brought it (unfortunately) and my computer runs it so slowly its not even fun. Wasted £8
You did not waste it. You invested it for whenever you got a new pc.

I have a modest EM gauge layout... when talking about EM gauge modest means 11' by 10' and L shaped.

I know exactly where it is (I used to live near Lyneham). Unfortunately, I've drifted a bit far away...
