Looks like a Mercedes ar an Van Hool, colors reminds me about "De Lijn" in Belgium but i am not sure. (Maybe the city of Gent?)

Now that you mention it, the livery does look similar to deLjin, but it is not even close.

So the operator of the buses in my hometown

is still to be figured out. Also the electrical equipper of these particular bus.

The official manufacturer is NAW but FBW and NAW are somehow connected, so I'm giving this one.
