Whereabouts are you from in Wales?AoW wrote:As a welshman myself, I think this looks absolutely brilliant... I can remember riding on many of these trains when I was young.
If you need any help with Welsh Language and Names I can give you a hand.

Heh, go for it ;) I'll try and work out how to code them.Born Acorn wrote:Im going to do some small, NWNGR style buildings for the set. Unless cornelius wants to do them, since he is the station master [/badpuns]
One station design I definitely would like to include is the old Ffestiniog terminus at Duffws. I'm struggling to find a picture of it online though.
I like the Russell, too.

No there's no set list yet, this one is all quite shambolic ;) If you see something that we've mentioned that you fancy drawing, and it hasn't been done yet, then just do it!Akalamanaia wrote:is there any kind of list what you still need?
and finally, in Alpha 39 you can teach AI what track type, what engines, coaches, wagons, stations to use for what duty, so you could have AI using NG too :)
The set will be all narrow gauge so the AI will use it anyway! But the new patch features are good because now the AI won't just try and use the Manx Electric trams all the time...

This narrow gauge is great!
Is rail tracks set finished?
If yes, where to download it?
Which track set is replaces (monorail or maglev), so is it compatible with electrified railways (to exist: rail, electrified rail and narrow gauge)?
What is maximum sprite dimensions (primary: what is track width)?
There are more countries where narrow gauge was (or is) in use. In Serbia there was narrow gauge till 1970's. Then there were dissasembled, and couple years ago one part of them renewed (Skoda Ct-2n '25-27' is now in use). I started project: Serbian rail set and want to include narrow gauge vehicles set, so track set is very important for my project. Thanx for help!

If you get just the graphics, you can code them to replace whatever you like.

Sort of. As it stands, my narrow gauge rails grf replaces normal rails in temperate and arctic (so you have ng, ng electric, maglev) because that suits the vehicle set I'm working on. For a version for release, I'll change it to work in all climates, with a parameter to select which track type the narrow rails replaces. Hopefully I'll get a chance to do this reasonably soon.Wile E. Coyote wrote:OK, are the graphics done?krtaylor wrote:If you get just the graphics, you can code them to replace whatever you like.
