Hmm, well, maybe in that case, two themes, TT and OpenGFX TT...
It was only an idea.
And I prefer the Christmas one over the normal TT theme. Don't know why.

Hi owen,
The view active topics link seems to be broken.
The green on black in codeblocks is difficult to read, but you heard that last year too i guess.
Thank you for this great place.
Yay snow...

Bennythenoob,
I think you are free to draw some replacement sprites that are more to your likings ?
On the other hand, I see them original sprites as a tribute to the original game.

Grenmon,
Must be that Christmassy feeling that comes with it.

Gremnon wrote:Owen, I've been meaning to suggest this for ages, and keep putting it off, but given the technically not quite legal status of the original TTO/D graphics, perhaps it might be worth exchanging them for their OpenGFX counterparts?
Well, we've not had any issues with the graphics so far, legally-speaking. I would probably prefer to wait and see - in the unlikely event anything does happen, they can be exchanged, I guess.

Hmm. Well, it seems to work, but not really work properly. Not sure why that is, maybe a phpBB bug.

The code blocks are just the same as they are on the normal TT theme, no?

They have very darkgreen text on black canvas.
I am pretty sure they were more readable before.

I think I have original theme selected.
I will do some testing with other themes.

Buttons like the 'abuse report' button, 'quote' button, 'edit' button, 'delete post' button and 'post reply' button don't have snow on top of them! :o :P

Hmm. Well, it seems to work, but not really work properly.
All I seem to get is the 'Potential TT-Forums Meets of 2010 (UK and USA/Canada) ' thread in there. Maybe that's just me though.

That's always been a problem. I think somebody might have snowified them at one point, but I don't seem to have snowy versions uploaded at the moment. If anybody wants to snowify them, feel free.

Well, that's what I mean by "Well, it seems to work, but not really work properly". ie, the link *does* work (the original message about it suggested that the link itself was broken), but the actual topics returned are not correct.

I was/am using the original theme.
Can you agree that codeblocks are hard to read ?
Maybe, if you could be so kind, change that that to white in the style sheet?

While I was using the prosilver/subsilver2 theme I was finding the moderators colour in the graphics development and transport empire section far to bright to be readable.
Maybe its my monitor, it could be my eyes. I am getting old.
For both themes codeblock-colours are fine with that green.

I'm still quite sure that the code blocks are the same as they were with the normal TT theme. Possibly the fact the background of the main page is white is making it harder for your eyes or something. Nobody else seems to have complained about this though, and as I say, for me, it seems perfectly readable. :?

OpenGFX is freaking horrible. (No offence, just don't like it..)
Obviously there would be choice between both graphics, just like there is now.

And the quote button. orudge, if you want, I can snowify them for you?

Try to use 2 or 3 shades of white then, instead of the existing snow, which is only 1. :)

I would rather they matched the originals, to be honest. Unless you can make the originals look better, too, I suppose. ;)
