you can't discuss them until after voting so it doesn't affect others who have yet to vote... it stops people from influencing the voting (unintentionally or otherwise)...

A bit off topic, but Raichase, is it just me or does the gradient in that picture just look massive? The wagons look like they are coming down a proper hill! I've never seen a (mainline) railway so steep!

Or is it just a trick of the eye?

I have a smashing picture, freight and all, but I didn't submit it. Shame; as a result it's all trains this month.

As an aside, why is it called photo of the month, when there's only six per year?
