I've been trying to teach myself how to code new buildings, and since it looks like this one never got done I thought I'd have a go. The grf isn't all that sophisticated; effectively all it does is add the mosque to tropical while disabling the church, but for a first attempt I don't think it's too shabby. A dos version is included in the download, but I've got no idea if it works.

Don't replace the church, just add it as a variant. So you might get either. And I don't think it really belongs in Temperate, but certainly it belongs in Tropic.

Never heard of immigration, eh? Nor South-Eastern Europe?

They're actually building a (very modern looking, I might add) mosque near my house.
But indeed, you'll want to be able to get both, not just one of them.
