To be more exact, this problem occures only for the first tram in german set, the TW21, it's written, that this one is "refittable to: All but passengers, mail, tourists". Indeed, it is refittable to everything except passengers, mail and tourists.

So, I guess, that the only tram set that is compatible with lv4 for now is serbian one?

It's because the cost and running cost bases are multiplied by 8. Other sets have to take it into account when runningh with LV set.

No. the cost base is changed for all RVs in game.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I meant to ask whether there is a specific reason for multiplying all prices by 8.

yes. Max cost was 10455 pounds, that is not enough much for some very good buses. So, the multiplier is used.
I also think the same should be done for other vehicles in the game. Wagons are too cheap.

1000 pounds?
I think you're going to have to back that up with some sort of evidence.

Seeing as how the wiki very helpfully records that the uninflated base cost for wagons is 2000 pounds.

If no multiplier is used, than yes, beacuse the max cost is only about 1000 pounds

impossible. Default valuables van cost is 1,494 £, that is the most expencive wagon. The cost base (step) is about 6 pounds, that means the max cost 6x255 about 1500 pounds. It was impossible to set the wagon cost to 6000 without multiplier

Just for the record, the maximum wagon cost in 1920 pounds is about £2000 (slightly under with construction costs on medium, slightly over with construction costs on high). I actually tested this.

And this can't be incorporated into the main Patch - in such a way that it multiplies the values for some, but not for those grfs which do not use this division by eight? It poses quite an obstacle to using different sets together, and I like your vehicles much, much better than the original vehicles - it's just that there's more vehiclesets around that are well worth trying out...
