Possible rule change: Opinions please.

Should someone win the competition in 3 consecutive rounds then they will not be allowed to enter in the next round. This applies for 1 round only and they will be allowed to enter in the following round. This is in the interests of variety.

This is not just something against Toch but I feel in the interests of fairness and variety this should be implemented.
