I think your figures are out there IA, well i made a scenario....

Year 2006

Class 321 130 cost factor 10 running cost factor
£921,289 cost £5,315 per month running cost

Class 334 120 cf 10 rcf
£854,572 cost £4,450 per month rc

Class 320 110 cf 10 rct
£778,552 cost £4,429 per month rc

So the cost will arise by the cost factor*inflation me thinks, with the running cost arising due to some connection with cost factor, running cost factor, inflation and the type of engine (electric or diesel). As for the actual equation i hand that over to someone else :D

sorry for bumpin,

anyway, atm i am giving up with the Class 318 in spt livery as it causing me to much annoyance due to it not wanting to appear in the scenario editor, even tho all i did was change the name of the .dat, then i re-done all the sprites and would it appear? nooooooooooooooooooo

A Class 92 in ews livery or a 319 in nse livery may arrive at a station near you very shortly........

I wanted to leave this until later... wanted the trains to be cheap in order to test them :)

Give me a shout on msn some time :)

Mind you that still looks damn good even if i did mistake it for summat else. lol.

Don't those trains still run local services for South West Trains alongside their new rolling stock? Like Waterloo to Wimbledon, or is that a different class i am thinking of?

Next time i am at Clapham Junction i will pay more attention. :)
You mean the class 455 which is a 75mph (i believe) capable unit currently undergoing refurb with its operators.

http://britishrail.fotopic.net/p6445852.html

Oddly, as in this pic, many times there is a different looking coach in the unit, looks like a 508 coach.

intercity well spotted, the model i have is a 455, dont ask me why i said it was a 317 or whatever i said, i think it was late when i posted so that's my excuse.

Well i've got a couple of spare hours today, hopefully release the 318(its kinda tall but i'll fix that at a later date), the 319 and another class 92 :D

Thats the right 1,
Yeah i always noticed that the 3rd or 2nd coach was different, i thought that it was probbably for a Overhead Pantograph upgrade the class 'could' have recieved but never did.

Like i said i haven't been to Clapham Junction recently, lol

it is from another unit - i'm not so sure about 508 though. I do know that they were brought in to make the 455's 4car in order to boost the suburban services...

This might be a little off topic, but is there any plans to release SR Slam-Door EMU's like the 4-VEP (Class 423) or the 4-CIG (Class 421/422) i mean these trains are based upon BR Mk I Stock. I'd like to have a go at them but have no-idea what i'd need to do.

OK - the 423 lot shouldn't be a problem... I'll stick them on my list unless MD wants to do them....

IA did the Class 90 in one livery, and to celebrate having my 'One' Depot running... i thought I'd share....

So - thats a TOC almost sorted - IA wants to re-do the DVT in 'One' Livery and the same for some Mk 3 cars...

Looks very good but whats the 170 doing with 4 coaches?

There are many a great story now about reduced capacity since December 2004, 170's here are 3 cars maximum at 'One'.

There is a 6 car (2 x3-cars joined at Ipswich) in the am, at about 7:30 to London, but thats it!

Btw, get pikkabirds DBSO.
My fingers are crossed that only a couple of DVT's ever go to 'One' full time.

I can't remember - wait - yes I can - they also run 4 car 170-style electrics out of fenchurch station to essex... so i did them first....

i'll do the 3car and 2 car's soon... off home now....

No they dont, thats C2C, not 'One'!

Thats the 357's that C2C run ('One' actually have a set or two - cant remember how many now, on hire at the moment used for one or two diagrams to Southend per day).

C2C and 'One', like Wessex, Silverlink, Central, Midland Mainline and some other i think are all part of the National Express Group.

I have got to hold my hands up and say this :-

I just downloaded the 318, its answer months of waiting for an AC EMU that was good enough to use - but further than that its brilliant, and if the 321 is as good as that, well thats just fantastic.

Why thank you Intercity, it took me a couple of days to get this right, going thro different palettes and resizing and resizing and resizing and resizing...

It may look slightly larger or taller than most but it fits the stations perfectly imo.
