Hey all,
I have a patch/option installed which requires steel (probably goods?) and food to be served to a city before it is allowed to grow. I don't like it, but I have no clue what sort of patch it is, as I never saw it before and didn't have issues before (and I didn't add anything to OpenTTD before starting this game).
Can anyone help me out on what this is (and even better, how to disable it)?

Did you change anything AFTER starting the game?
In particular, did you add or remove newgrfs from within the game?

I added industrial stations renewal and long vehicles v4 and long vehicles v4 cut version.

A thanks, that looks like it. I fixed the problem by downloading the ECS beta 6, but knowing what causes the behavior is even more useful
