I had a quick look, and it's an interesting game. As to what's good, that depends on what your goals are, which might be simply making money, or a big complex network, or just plain something that looks nice without caring about anything else, so I can't really comment on that.
One thing I did notice was you seemed to use the presignals at the station exits where normal signals would be fine, and this might cause trains to wait longer than they need to. Flinningwell East for example. Usually, the presignals are only used at the entry of roro stations to hold trains back when all of the platforms are full, so they don't end up waiting behind a random platform and block the station entry when one of the other platforms might become free sooner.
You might also like using the
path based signals, coz you can do much the same thing with those and often more using less signals and space.
