Basically, there isn't one (yet)
Try browsing http://jupix.info/openttd/gfxdev-repo to find some of the ones that are made - i think there is currently only about 2/3 trains made so far

The nightly dev pack contains most of what we have. (They could easily make it into the standard pack if someone did the z1&z2 sprites.)

That's an old version, where you need to set the blitter to 32bpp-optimized in the .cfg file.
Better download a new binary from http://bundles.openttdcoop.org/32bpp-ez/LATEST/

You're almost there:
when you activate the extra grf file, it only provides some sprites for the extra grf, which is one of the five baseset grfs (you can forget this if you dont understand) It contains sprites like coast and catenary. But to check that, start a new game with the grf activated and look for some coast tiles, or build some electried railway. The coast tiles and the catenary should be in 32bpp.

Now for the rest of the graphics, with your newly created game, open the save dialog. It will show you a directory where the savegame will be placed. With your windows explorer, go to that directory, go one level up, and then to the data directory there. That is the directory where your 32bpp tar-files should be placed (actually, there can be more places where you can place them, when using multiple parallel installs, but this is the easiest to check it).
