Can't even begin to make head nor tail of that! Your right though, could sit and watch it tick for hours!

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
Just thought I'd update this, having tweaked a number of the junctions so it all runs considerably faster.

Robotic efficiency - you get hypnotized watching it
.

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
that must have been a joy when you upgraded your railways to mono's or maglev's

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
This makes me despise those ugly maglevs even more.
Down with maglevs and those who puts them all over the place!

Just shut the f*** up, dude. Noone agrees with you.GoldRush wrote:This makes me despise those ugly maglevs even more.Down with maglevs and those who puts them all over the place!
Also, on topic: I saw another game like this yesterday, but this is even more impressive! Good work!

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
I don't mind maglevs, I mind the networks instead.
I can't believe my eyes! That must have been a lot of effort to create such a view!

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
There's nothing more I love is seeing a crazy rail network, whatever the type running in its full glory. By Judging by the screenshots, its excellent work here by m1ch4el will definatly will give inpiration for us all to create such networks
. Nicely done and I'll have a look at the savegame later
.

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
i am completely stunned
(well for one, my computer not crashing after seeing the map/unpausing it)
i was surprised at your use of mahoosive stations as well, i don't think i've seen stations that big...
i simply don't get how everything can be so compact, taking this long, and yet the towns aren't in the way.
i clearly have a looooong way to go with network building lol

WOW, breakdown on one of those line must cause tonnes of problems for some time, great job. Keep the updates coming and any other game you do next.

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
Very impressive... although my computer cannot keep up with the 1200 train network >_<
Any reason why you don't build longer trains/stations?

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
Building longer trains mean's I'd have to have longer corners to stop the train's slowing down round bends, and I don't have the space. As it is pretty much every junction can be taken flat out so long as realistic acceleration is used.

Re: [OTTD] Huge Network
I am impressed! I like your passenger-train network style. Complex and acces to every station over one network. Working on a similar network with 1500 trains at the moment too!
