Re: Tayvan Transport
I like these shots very much! Only one question - if the fuel train is fake, why is it loading at the station, and it's not simply stopped?

Re: Tayvan Transport
because if i set it to " full load" on the station, then the crane near the docklands will move, and i liked that A LOT:P, i was considering a 2-track setup with 1 invisible train full loading;) so i coud have the benefits of both, but i decided to do it like this.
Glad you like my shots, ill send the TGV-system (Project_Prestige) soon

Re: Tayvan Transport
ok i had a HDD whipe, so i lost this tayvan game of before but lucky you: i started a new: this time more canadian themed trains and stations, looks nice if i may say so:
1) always busy near Brennway, as you can tell, two canadian trains just passing eachother on the "main" line while a small UKRS train is doing some small commuter lining 2) the commuter train near the other end of its line (lovely isnt it) 3) Pludhattan is a nice resort above the snowline, 2 lines ending here, you can see an experimental hudson loading up

Re: Tayvan Transport
but i have more:)
1) Luwood city, i love how its situated between the hills, it needs a better station though i just love Drafingway station placement, its a bottleneck, but that makes it fun first major coalmine that is being serviced. you can just see a massive 20-lenght train leave (hmmz i should have added more engines...?)

Re: Tayvan Transport
got 6 more:
1) the powerplant where the coal is heading to 2) a train just left the powerplant, bit twisty, and a nice lenghty train
Fluntborough is a nice town on a slope, A LOT of trains pass it

Re: Tayvan Transport
Edinfod is a terminus/trhough combination station, big city ends a few lines, and you can also see the coal-tracks passing on the south, with an overtake section
i forgot this earlier, lovely town where the local commuter is pushing though, it looks even better in summer
massive bridge over a valley, near pladhattan, it crosses the freight line, managed to just catch 2 trains here
Re: Tayvan Transport
Where you found that depot?

Maybe it is a station tile.

no its one of my depot replacements, though i dont like it supermuch, not really sure what it is, but i think its from the bananas
Re: Tayvan Transport
That train depot is from one of the canadian sets (if i remember correctly the trainset). And btw, nice screens!
Re: Tayvan Transport
Yes, Gebbe is correct. The depot's from the Canadian Trainset, and can be disabled by parameter (I think).Gebbe wrote:That train depot is from one of the canadian sets (if i remember correctly the trainset). And btw, nice screens!

Re: Tayvan Transport
different game, but the hell, didnt feel like making new topic:
1) map of this game, i believe its 512x512 2) a busy network place, docks, trains and soon trams all visit this major hub, at sometimes its quite crowded and all platforms are used 3) the naval yard near the city

Re: Tayvan Transport
1) another major hub in the network, city was announcing a new expansion towards the east and the company decided to use this expansion in order to expand the station as well, a full 6x7 trainstation with A LOT of trains servicing it
2) Islands are important in this map, and this city is sitting on the island. with some major docks to provide services to the mainland, our company is proving its worth for the city council
3) also the smaller communities get serviced, this moon-shaped island has a ferry to Plardington

Re: Tayvan Transport
Another new game of mine:
First of all, small look on the map, still expanding one of the mainline stations near cardham (you can already see traffic flowing in on this one of the more remote towns: Carfingway & Truntown

Re: Tayvan Transport
How can I get the stations like that in the Great Grintbourne Valley (or something like that) and that industrial station on the "Naval Yard" picture? also, how do you get bigger depots, no matter what grf I use - they always end up the same.
