Re: UK Scenario
Should it be something else, or not there at all ?
Re: UK Scenario
Ask brickie. I have deleted the northerly one and enlarged it slightly. But more importantly... names. So far we have 'Southern UK'.

Re: UK Scenario
I'll download this and have a look at Wales if you don't mind... I'm aware that you have enlarged Cardiff and Swansea when in reality there is probably a town missing.

Re: UK Scenario
This might as well go in here. I am having a lot of trouble trying to get tracks/stations in Birmingham. Anyone fancy drawing on where they think I should lay the track in Birmingham?

Re: UK Scenario
There seems to be an indentation next to Solihull, good room for a station.

Re: UK Scenario
Sorry I phrased that badly. I meant if anyone who has any knowledge of the area could show me where the three main stations of Birmingham should sort of... go ?
Re: UK Scenario
We're still waiting on Kogut for a 3.0 release. Just keeping you updated

Re: UK Scenario
Are you talking about our scenario? What exactly is the problem, I don't understand. The AI doesn't build vehicles?
Re: UK Scenario
Hello,
This Guy means :
When using this scenario with OpenTTD 1.0.0, it works fine.
When using it with OpenTTD 1.0.3, there are no vehicle avaible - Same with last nightly - r20425
Tested with OpenGFX 0.2.4 and regular grf files

Re: UK Scenario
Hmm... very curious. No vehicles appear to purchase, but the news articles advertising new vehicles and manufacturer offers to take on the vehicle early all still come up, except with the name <invalid vehicle model>
I switched off TTRS but the problem persists. Could it be to do with the fact that the buildings are still TTRS or was there some sort of change in trunk? The scenario was made with 1.0.0-beta4.

Re: UK Scenario
Yeap,
and some more information : 1.0.1 works fine, and 1.0.2 does not. Let's check the modifications from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 !

Re: UK Scenario
Could a dev or something help out on this please?
Re: UK Scenario
- Change: Name invalid engines, cargos and industries 'invalid', if the player removed the supplying NewGRFs, hide invalid engines from the purchase list (r19879, r19877)
This as people were complaining about many duplicates in the vehicle list, which is caused entirely by removal of NewGRFs. So undoubtedly if the scenario/savegame (which one of the 4+ listed in this topic exactly?) is opened you'll see that vehicle NewGRFs have been removed.

Re: UK Scenario
Hmph, if I recall correctly the scenario that was originally worked on by brickie was stuffed full of NewGRFS which I removed prior to release (the most up-to-date version of the scenario is the 'England and Wales Scenario' on the content download service). Would there be a way of correcting the problem?
Thanks,
