Manipulate trains

Hello there,

I had a problem when I tried to make a track for two trains. The coal mine and the power station were really close to each other so what I did was to place a 5x1 train station next to each of the destinations and connect them in a circle. I also created two trains. So what I wanted to do is to make the trains go only one way and never turn back. The problem is I couldn't find any possible way to do that with the blocks.

By the way, the right click help does not give enough information on each of those blocks' jobs.

I have attached a screen-shot of the track I have. Is there any way I could force the train to move only to one direction?
