Scenario Editor: How to name/rename towns?

Hi all. I used to be a big fan of Transport Tycoon and after a few years away from such games I have recently got back into them and got hold of Locomotion.
I like to create landscape maps that are based on real life areas and put mountains, towns, rivers etc in the relevant places. However, when it comes to placing towns and naming them I cannot work out how you change the names from the random ones the game gives them! I've tried right-click, double-click, shift-click on the towns all to no avail. How do you rename/name your own towns in the scenario editor?
I've seen screenshots of people with Scottish placenames or things like Clapham Junction - so how do you create a map where you can name your towns?
I'd love it if someone could help as I much prefer playing games on places that are as geographically correct as I can get them (unlike the Great Britain & Ireland map that comes with the game!)......

click on ther name of the town to get the window, then click on the name on the top of the window.
