A Hungarian player reported this problem to me, but I don't think I'll have enough time to debug it myself.
Steps to reproduce:
Use the attached ttdpatch.cfg and 2.6 r2085. Start a new game, and find a road bridge owned by a town. Try to modify one of the bridge heads by building a piece of perpendicular road. You will be charged for the road, but it won't actually appear on the map. Modifying the bridges of AI players seems to work fine, so this is probably a problem with owners >=0x80.
