Or give the required tools and hardware to make such a port to a few of the developers.

It should be fairly easy to do. S60v5 is just S60v3 extended a little. I have no hardware, however, so don't count on me.

I have the Nokia 5800 and the S60v3 port launches, I can hear the background music, but it doesn't display anything. There's no E:\openttd.txt so I have no idea how to debug it, any help?

Nokia 5800 is really SLOW. Application which is able to attain 97 FPS on N95 8GB have only 17 FPS on 5800 (drawing 320x240 picture). So no big hopes.

Any chance that app be a 3D app? 5800 doesn't have a graphics accelerator so its 3D performance is... less than spectacular, but 2D should be fine.
