Possibility change if the view

Hi everybody.
I red somewhere about possibility of the change view on the game.
Is it possible??
If yes so I have two question.
1. How can I do it?
2. Is it necessary some setting in configuration file or somewhere?
I keep up with link to thread or page.

I read somewhere that there was

version that could rotate the view. Don't know this for sure.
