nightly 2.6 (r1829) crashes on XP x64

Post by gnome »

Hi,

I've just updated from r1828 to the last nightlybuild r1829 and it crashes on my XP x64 without doing any crash-logfiles, but with the watson window.
The switch 'forcerebuildovl' is 'on'

If you want to get help you'll have to help too.
Follow the Wiki in this article, and a develloper will certainly help you too.

Please explain crashes. Does it hang (lockup), crash or (in the case of Vista), stop responding after loss of focus.
Similarly, a ttdpatch.cfg and newgrf.cfg can be quite helpful.

/me redirects discussion to the alpha discussion thread, as he suspects they are discussing the same issue.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
