i install this grf in my ottd, but never work..., i have the last version.

Assuming you mean 0.5.3, then it won't work. You need a development version (nightly) as only those support TTRS 3 at the moment.

Latest is not a version number. Neither is "last", for that matter. Both usually have anywhere from two to four possible values.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
