Can't find Hiroshima tram set .GRF
this is driving me mad! I can't find the Hiroshima tram set?
I can't see it in the GRF Crawler or find it in graphics
I know I'm not looking hard enough so this is kind a suggestion to include it in the GRF crawler. (But if you would be so kind to provide download link, then much obliged!)

Search for "hirotram.grf".

Look for *******(removed after considering the advice below from Ben_K). It has most of them supported by OTTD.
But here it is for you.

I hope that isnt one of the 'packs'; that have been created recently without any authors permission... If so, then Id strongly suggest you dont post it about or you'll have quite a lot of angry artists and coders on your case.kilo.dollar wrote:...ottdc_grfpack_5...

Reinstated.
Look for ottdc_grfpack_5. It has most of them supported by OTTD.

@ Dave_McMahon: That's the link (the one in your last post) that I got my copy of the Hiroshima Trams from and according to its creator it is the latest available version although not the final version. I can't confirm 100% that it is the exact same version as in the co-op's collection but given their usual thoroughness I would guess that it is. If you look at the post that the file is attached to you will notice that even the creator of the .grf makes the assumption that a three car tram listed on the road vehicle buy list as having a capacity of 150 passengers does indeed carry 150 passengers. It does not (as we discussed in another thread) as the road vehicle buy list only lists the capacity of the first car of a multi-car vehicle. If you open up the vehicle window (after you purchase the vehicle) you will get the detailed info on the entire vehicle. It is my understanding from several other threads that a way around this problem is in the works but that it involves some rather complex coding.

Maybe the way to solve this is to add x3 in the buy window?Nite Owl wrote:only lists the capacity of the first car of a multi-car vehicle.

Brianetta's usually pretty good about getting distribution permissions, and since he's doing the one doing the distributing there, I would tend to expect that permission was granted.
I would also tend to expect that you would know who you gave permission to do what with what, so unless you just didn't recognize the ppcis domain, I'm a little confused.

To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Re: Can't find Hiroshima tram set .GRF
Can't say I'm fussed either way. I'd just like to state that I was never asked for permission to include my set.
Re: Can't find Hiroshima tram set .GRF
We either go by the licence included by the newgrf or ask authors for permission, if you haven't been asked then you probably have a license that allows it.stevenh wrote:You do?XeryusTC wrote:We do have permission

Re: Can't find Hiroshima tram set .GRF
It is however more ethical to ask the author when possible rather than just using the licence as valid authorisation.
As far as I understand it from reading the threads and websites, there is no licence file to get the permission from?
