Makeing grafs. howto

Makeing grafs. howto

Hi, probably i am just too lame to find it somewhere in the forums (sry for that).

I have some minor question which can help a lot.

I downloaded some 32 bpp graphics to see how it is working. Than i found PNG pictures from the views and an info file.

for example: 2603 nfo 2603 0 0 0 256 256 -124 -132

1. The last four is the image size and tileing and so on, i got it. But how can i identify an object? Like i want to change the look of the "radio tower", than how can i know what code does the tower has (i think the first numbers are the code ... maybe not)?

2. Is there any practical idea how to find the right angle for makeing a photo from the model? (now i had to use photoshop to fix it.

I am not asking about how to make a totally new object, just how to overwrite (remake) old ones.

You could start by not using this tone of red. And not by using the word grafs but graphics, I thought that you were talking about graphs, which is something entirely different.

1) Look between the .nfo and the .pcx file, the sprites in the pcx file have the same numbers as the lines in the nfo file.
2) Read the documentation of your 3D renderer.

Thx, i found that GRF wizard which was really usefull to see the codes.
