Some one can tell me some Mars climate NewGFR that work 100% on OpenTTD

(George's have some problems on channel building, and some boats from original Toyland apears, they shouldn't appear)

or even an options for playing the toyland and mars without removing and add the NewGFR, over and over...

Use a newer version. One that allows you to enable and disable GRFs in-game.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

but there is a version of Mars Landscape NewGFR that works 100% in Open TTD?

No, that's the only one that's been made (and considering the effort it must have taken, I'm not surprised...).
