Hi there,
How can i make those scenario's on which I can deside where the citys/industries are placed ?

You choose all the vechiles, buildings and stuff, and when you go to the "edit landscape"part, you just jo into the box where you set starting year, and click on the "town" image. There you choose "0" towns. Then it not become any towns, and no industries. You have to place both yourself.

You MAY find that the game requires you to select at least 1 town before it will generate a landscape.

If this is so, all you have to do is delete that town after the landscape is generated, and then build your own towns, industries, etc!
