Problem with installing new graphics

Sorry to bother but i have read many topics about problem with adding new sets. Here is my unexplainable problem. I have the newest patch and tried to add some new stations. Unrarred the statians grf in the negraphics foldier and then added the to the document but after that when i try to start the game nothing happens... The game just doesnt start

Look on the site where you got the Patch from, are there any instructions there?
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I intended to be.
