I am having lots of troubl please help!!!!!!!!

Discuss, get help with, or post new graphics for TTDPatch and OpenTTD, using the NewGRF system, here. Graphics for plain TTD also acceptable here.

I am having lots of troubl please help!!!!!!!!

I have the windows version of TTD and when I try to install new graphics
they all dont work. Here are the graphics i have got and what they say when I start the game:

thomasw_149 =

ERROR LOADING NEW GRAPHICS:
file/newgrf/thomasw_149.grf has invalid sprite #266
_____________________________________________________________

ngrailsw =

ERROR LOADING NEW GRAPHICS:
wrong .grf version (file
newgrf/ngrailsw.grf
_____________________________________________________________

swesetw =
ERROR LOADING NEW GRAPHICS:
file/newgrf/swesetw.grf has invalid sprite #2

We need more info than that to do anything. What version of TTDP are you using? You should upload your TTDPatch.cfg file, and your newgrf config file also.

And your TTDP version. However, from looking at your config, it looks like you have an incredibly old version of TTDP.

That is an old, perhaps fossilized version of TTDP. Use the Betas or Nightlies instead.

You're using Windows, right?
Reboot.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

It works YAY but when I start it it says:

What do I do now???

Download ttdpbase[W].grf of course.

Mind you that for the windows version you need ttdpbasew.grf !
