Thanks Men!
Dear Mr. Owen Rudge;
You were the 1,400th reply!
And, my Friend, Thank You for your New Year acknowledgement, which goes for those
other fine members of TT-Forums, namely Mr. ISA, Mr. AndersI, and Mr. Wile E. Coyote.
I consider you all friends and am honored to be a small part of your lives. Thank you.
I went to the Dead Sea for 3 days and am just getting back. The water is just like in
Salt Lake City, Utah, you can't sink, rather you pop up out of water like you was sitting
on a beach ball.
Anyway, I've finally got the bugs worked out of TTD and am having the time of my life
playing a game from my 'Awesome Alps' scenario. I promise to get back to making more
scenarios, but, after having so much trouble getting TTD back, I must indulge myself
in a good old game of TTD! I love this game, but, soon I'll be back to making and
finishing scenarios, I promise.
Also I'm sure looking forward to another year with TTD and the TT-Forums.
Always,
Jim Powers

Again, I want to thank Mr. Dave Worley for taking time to help me with the GRF list.
Now, I've added some of the known grfs to complete what I wanted/needed to
play games and help make scenarios. And also my good and faithful friend Mr. Stevenh.
If it wasn't for their help and some of the rest of you who helped, I couldn't have done
this. So again, many, many thanks for your time and kindness, my friends.
BTW, I'm playing a game from my "Awesome Alps" scenario, which is a very good and
challenging scenario to test one's trains layout skills. And you all have helped my game
tremendously.
Always,
Jim Powers

Features Compared
Dear TT-forums Members;
I wanted to show some TTPatch feature improvements, if it's OK. These are from my
'Awesome Alps' Scenario. OK, the first pic was 'taken' April 2005 and the second pic is
from my current game 'Mountain Express Ltd.' (Jan. 2007). IMO, this is only one small
part of the fine on-going work the 'pros' are doing to make TTD such a up-to-date,
super game. Thank You Gentlemen!

Gravel & Coal Co.
Mr. Captain Kirk;
Thank you, and Mr. Captain Kirk, my good friends! Now, I wanted to post a
screenie from my current game. This is one of my Gravel & Coal Companies, which
I thought came out quite well.

Nice Indeed!
Mr. Ameecher;
Nice Indeed, Sir. Thank you. Attached is the same area with the new and improved Depot.
Mr. Spaceman-spiff, Say Man, I haven't heard from you in a long time. Glad you
took a minute to post, Sir. Speaking of Ms. SAC, I really was very sad to find that,
for whatever reason, she isn't with us anymore. I know that all of us at one time or other,
wanted to leave also, but, our true love for TTD, The Patch, and TT-Forums overcame
that impulse or decision. I certainly can't take Ms. SAC's place because she is one uniquic
individual whom we all respect and admire. I personally miss her talents and her as a
person also, who is definitely an asset to TTD. May God bless her whatever she desides.
Here is the new improved depot screenie.

The Tokyo Experience
Dear TT-Forums Members & Friends;
FINALLY, I'm releasing one of my Japanese scenarios called
"The Tokyo Experience"
Be sure to get the Japan Railways Train Set from Krtaylor's web site,
http://www.as-st.com/ttd
This has been long coming, but, it's worth it. All the latest Japanese features have
been installed. If anyone wants, I'll post a grf file.
"The Tokyo Experience" is what the name says, and quite an experience
you'll have working your way through the many towns and villages, starting in 1930, whether
by truck or rails. Also there are plenty of farms and industries (to get in your way, Hee Hee.) And,
of course, there are plenty of ports and harbors to run a large shipping business too.
This scenario should bring you a lot of hours of pure Japanese enjoyment as you build
your Japanese empire from ""The Tokyo Experience"

Jim Powers

Hi Jim,
I downloaded your excellent 'Tokyo experience' scenario, but I am having trouble with it unfortuntely. When I load the scenario to play, using the japan buildings set, most of the buildings are skyscrapers etc! If I open the scenario in the scenario editor, the buildings are correct however
Do you know how to fix this problem? I'd love to play the scenario!
Mike.

Japanese Buildings
Mr. Miketrak;
Thanks for your kind comments, Sir. Now, it sounds like you might not have all the
proper switches on in your grey GRF Status menu. But, remember I'm only a 'regular',
not a 'pro', so, I suggest you contact Mr. Krtaylor. His team put the Japanese project
together and right here at TT-Forums, post the problem. They can definitely help you
much better than I.
Mr. Geo.c Ghost, thanks for the inspiration, my good pal. And yes, those are several cities
in the Tokyo area. I couldn't believe how many tiny village names there is in this location!
Should be a blast installing trollies!
