i cant use that site cause every time i download something it just says enjoy your download but then nothinig comes up

This is a .dat just put in into your x:\program files\atari\locomotion\objdata folder

X = Your installation drive usualy C

Really? That's annoying. I knew the admin bit randomly broke, but I thought the main site still functioned. Sadly theres not a moment free untul christmas for me to do anything about it.
