skidd13, I like it. Thanks for visualising the idea.
However, I think it would look nice with the red X aligned (now one sprite has the cross in the other place than the other sprites)
Also, I think train's colour may be green while wagons being orange, to keep the consistence.

How about vivider colors? I didn't check it vs the palette, but I feel like there are less gray colours avaible.

now we got for all 3 buttons for trains and sell all for all vehicle types, but ships, road vehicles and aircraft still missing. Sure we can keep the trashcan, but if we want this to be consistent, then we should replace those sprites as well.

I'm still not 100% sure we found the right sprites though. I guess I have to have them in the game and move them around to make up my mind.

As in the other thread, I love skidd13's pics. This time nudge the X one pixel right, and the vehicle one pixel left. The extra space will make a good difference to the clarity :)

Ok, did some placement.

4 rows to choose:
I: adapted margin-bottom and set the vehicle-pic's to the left.
II: the original one
III: margin-left: 1px ; margin-bottom: 1px
IV: margin-left: 2px ; margin-bottom: 2px (my favorite)

EDIT:
added version IV as png and pcx

Just a small Idea regarding the button placement.
See yourself.

left side: current gui
right side: my intention to make the apearance clearer

btw, the 4 images are now aligned on their top (2 pixels from top). This is pretty ugly. Aligning them with the bottom would be much better.

the issue is actually that the two first buttons are resizeable. They can only align to the top.
