Can I just make some points:

1) There are no such things as the "Transport Tycoon.co.uk Forums" (on the banner from tt.co.uk you used). These are the Transport Tycoon Forums.

2) That picture looks ugly. Don't resize images up the way like that, the result is 'orrible.

Anyone here good at graphics want to design a new, standard sized (and also 182x141) banner for the forums?
