Goods not being produced.

I have been playing TT & TTD & Locomotion since the very beginning of each and have a small question regarding OTTD, which may have been answered a thousand times before, but I cannot find the answer

I have played several games with the latest release 0.4.8RC1 and have the same problem, no matter how much raw materials I deliver to a factory/sawmill/refinery etc I never get any goods out, even though I have a goods train awaiting them to transport them to a town.

Where have I gone wrong

then you didn't look hard enough, half the front page of forums is complaining how 0.4.8-RC1 is brocken.

You could try using search in future.

I did search long and hard, but obviously wasn't looking for problems with 0.4.8-RC1 but rather "goods".

If it is that serious an issue I would have thought a sticky would have been worthwhile, live & learn.
