Fantastic + GUI

I've just been looking at the 3D modles. wow you guys have a lot of tallent and should be very proud of the work you've put in.

a few questions:

Transport Tycoon if I remember correctly doesn't have a very expansive GUI (no menus, huds and other things) but if you need gui elements be sure to let me know.

The graphics (the 3D ones) what licence are the covered by? Copy Left? Open Source? or perhaps something else?

I can see there are a lot of things left to do, perhaps I just get interested in blender.
