Request for new HQ graphics

ive been looking for new graphics for the HQ buildings, can't seem to find any graphics that work on OTTD. Anyone know where to find them?

now i downloaded it it, now how do you convert it to a grf file or install it?

yea i know how to install grf files, but that forum says nothing about rar files

You need to extract .rar files with WinRAR.
