Anyone any good with MS Excel?

Does anyone know if it's possible to send a the data in a table to e-mail addresses in another folder in Excel 97, using the VB editor or a macro or anything? It seems like it should be possible from what I've found in the object browser, but the built in help and all the sites I've found through searching are far from helpful, now I'm doubting if its possible. Would any of you guys happen to know if it's possible before I keep looking?

I guess I misunderstood the question, but can't you just save the data and send the file via email? (attachment!)

or you could select the wanted data, copy it to a new table, and email that??

Nah, thats not good, it's meant to be my ICT coursework, and it's meant to be due in on Friday, anyhow, it's not really important, my teachers know so little about Excel if I make up something and say it's a macro they won't know any different, then I just gotta hope it doesn't get sent off! Thanks for thinking for me anyhow.
