[REQ] Victoria (Australia) Rail/Tram

Post by Daniel Robertson »

Would any of you be able to make a Victorian Rail/Tram Pack?

I know it is a big ask since there were so many different models.... I would have done it but I have no know-how in actually making the models etc. :(

In particular I'm looking for EMU, DMU, Railcar and some Diesel-Electrics for trains, and Z, A, B, C & D-class trams. Some of the trams have been modded before I think.

EMUs:

Comeng (Commonwealth Engineering)
Hitachi
X'Trapolis
Siemens
Tait
Swing Door
Parcels (Mail)
4D

DMUs:

Sprinter
V'locity

Diesel-Electric:

A, N, P, Y-class

Railcars:

102, 153, 280hp Walker
Walker Trailer
Petrol Electric/Diesel Electric Rail Motor
PE/DERM Trailer
Diesel Rail Car

A good place for info and pics is http://www.vicsig.net.au

On the topic of trams or Streetcars, I found this video of streetcars in Toronto on Queen Street. It shows a CLRV and ALRV in Action. The first two are CLRVs and the third one is a ALRV with a ad wrapped on it.

Here's another video but some buses are in it. Also there are some streetcars but there all CLRVs.

More Canadianess. Underneath this street without the Streetcar Tracks is a Subway.

Also the subway goes underneath the street without the Streetcar Tracks but this is Torontos verson of Time Square. Also a inside of a CLRV.

Incase your interested in seeing what Torontos Subway looks like, this is what it looks like.

This is my verson of Hello from Canada.
Image I like Articulated Buses or Streetcars (Although I really like anything with wheels including planes, Thanks to Seelenquell for making Toronto's ALRV and CLRV for Locomotion. All we need now is a TTC D40LF and D60LF to go with the LRVs. Plus the Scarborough RT vehicles too.)
Resion for the LRV's is to make a good alternative to buses. Visit Here for more info.
