This project will work great when the new passenger destination thingy comes along cause then with trains running the right paths it'll be even more realistic

But you'll have people wanting to go to stops not on tthe ine running won;t you? I fail to see how passeneger destinations works -let alone how it will improve the game

Well, for example, say someone wanted to travel from Marylebone to Victoria. The route with least changes would be Marylebone-Oxford Circus-Victoria. Theres isnt a direct route from Marylebone to Victoria, so Passenger Destinations would allow a passenger to go from Marylebone to Victoria and change at Oxford Circus.

Because of 'problems' with the sprites we have of rolling stock we have someone prepared to draw them all again, so no. we currently do not have any rolling stock grfs. but we will soon. As for any other additions. None at the moment, maybe in laters versions.

We have been making progress.

Sacro is very kindly drawing some more graphics to be used in our London Underground .grf file. I have coded so far, the 1995 stock, the DLR and the Croydon TramLink. A stock and C stock will soon follow.

Once we have a working .grf file of all trains, we shall slowly and as realistically as possible, start introducing trains on to the map, and taking screenies as we go. All of the screenies will be available on our website at: http://ttt.benwoodward.me.uk/

On the map, the very last line, the Northern line, has been started by Lewis, and is going well.

It doesnt really need anything other than that. All vital information is in this thread or the projects own forum.

its a standard phpBB forum, you can download the templates. it was writtin in PHP.
JPG SUX!!! USE PNG!!!
There are times when JPG is useful, TTD screenshots is not one of them. Please use PNG instead.

Well, if thats your opinion, why dont you try doing something called constructive criticism, and tell us all why its 'lacking' and how we can improve it.
pynkfloyd wrote:still it would look more presentable. then you could post your grfs up.
It doesnt need to be more presentable for us to put the .grf file up becuase:
a) We dont have a grf file yet
b) Its a simple case of putting in a link to download the file

Well, bobingabout, both i and jpmaster got the impression he was asking about the website. The website was created with html, and i should know seeing as i wrote it. The forum is of cousre written in php because its a phpbb forum. However, i dont think he was asking about the forum though

what i meant by lacking is that theres only one screenshot, no descrpition
and thats about it. some people wont go to the forums, they will just look at a brief description if its there on the front page. also pics of the trains you will be designing would help people get a better idea about what its going to be like. development is currently posted every so often on forums, so how a about development page?
